I tried to install but could not pass the screen "OM" Hosting Panel Configurator showing the red status text "Creating User"
No errors message just will not go any futher than “Creating user”
I will try to post screen shoots.

Please Check the Administrator -> "Local security Policy" & "Domain Controller security Policy(If Server is domain controller)" setting for password make it simple or Provide complex password while you install OM.
If it not work then contact me to my email id & provide access to me thru rdp
